Your rights, our timelines

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data VocUI holds about you. Submit a request below and we'll confirm receipt within minutes. For requests about data VocUI holds as the data controller — such as your VocUI account — GDPR-covered requests (EU/UK) are closed within 30 days; CCPA-covered requests (California) within 45 days. For requests we route to a business (see below), that business's own legal deadline applies — we forward without undue delay and support them in resolving it.

If you're a VocUI account holder and signed in, we'll use your session as identity verification. Otherwise we'll send a confirmation link to your email address — clicking it begins the 30- or 45-day SLA clock.

Chatted with or booked through a business's chatbot? That business is the data controller for your chat and booking data. You can contact the business directly, or submit your request here and we'll route it to the business concerned. If you request erasure, your booking history is deleted and any upcoming appointments you booked through a chatbot are cancelled, with one final cancellation email per appointment — tell us in the request details if you want an upcoming appointment kept.
